What is the minimum order of chair covers?

Minimum order is 30, however if outside a 20 mile radius of York a delivery charge of £30.00 is applicable.

What is the cancellation policy?

All pre payments and deposits are non refundable. You have the right to cancel at any stage however when payments have been received they cannot be refunded.

When are final numbers due?

I understand that numbers are variable when planning events, however I do ask for final numbers two weeks prior to the day when the final balance is due.

Can you match colours up to my flowers?

If there is a specific colour not shown on my website, let me know and I can order your required colour for you.

Do you deliver and collect the chair covers?

Yes, I liaise with the venue's and deliver/set up at a convenient time ready for the day.

Can we make advance bookings?

Yes, bookings can be made for any date.

Do the chair covers fit the chairs?

The chair covers fit the standard banqueting chairs in most venues. I will liaise with the venue and ask for measurements to confirm the sizes.
